By Rich Robinson
I’m Rich, the Director of Renovate, the training arm of Cairn that works with leaders & churches to empower and equip them recapture discipleship & mission at the heart of their culture & practice.
I am passionate about seeing people released into their God-given potential – all walks of life, any age and stage and in any context. Cairn for me is a vision to release kingdom potential in the people of the Celtic lands. I see discipleship and mission coming onto the agenda and being stirred in the hearts of people across Scotland & Ireland. Not as a ‘church thing’ or program, but as a way of life and a central and integral part of community. I am excited to be part of restoring and reigniting the Celtic heritage of radical spirituality, missional community and passionate prayer.
I am married to Anna, who is a writer and editor, and have three children: Josiah, Esther and Samuel. We love in Portobello and love the sea, spiritual openness and the outdoor feel of our neighbourhood. We’re are passionate about living with integrity and intentionality as a family that follows and shares Jesus.
Alongside Cairn, I lead Catalyse Change, which provides training and coaching for church leaders and other organisations to equip and enable them around discipleship, leadership, mission and multiplication and am partnering with Alan Hirsch on the 5Qcollective, which is part of 100Movements.
