Training is at the heart of everything we want to do at Cairn. We want to see disciples who make disciples, leaders who make leaders and communities that transform communities. We don’t want to hold on tightly to what we have but want to share with others the lessons we have learnt through blogs, literature, teachings and more.
Rich Robinson talks about how to lead others based on how Jesus led his disciples, engaging a few to benefit the many.

Alan McWilliam speaks about how we can see missional and incarnational expressions of God’s Kingdom in the next 20 years.
